Crime Scene Investigator (CSI) Career Education in Idaho

CSI agents and officers are some of the first to reach a crime scene and some of the last to leave. Often times the case of a prosecuting attorney will be based mainly on evidence obtained by crime scene investigators who are responsible for ensuring justice is served, which often includes courtroom appearances as sworn witnesses.

Pursuing a CSI career in Idaho is not for the faint-hearted, as work can at times involve tragic accidents and brutal circumstances, though it is a job that must be done.

Some of the main employing agencies for crime scene investigators in Idaho are:

  • Boise Police Department
  • Idaho State Police

  • Meridian Police Department
